What are Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  •   Manage and maintain budgets
  •   Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
  •   Organize and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  •   Manage all company’s paperwork (contracts, invoices)
  •   All accounting and finance tasks
  •   Payroll managment
  •   Managing office supplies
  •   Office support for other teams
  •   Identifying accounting and other issues and promptly deliver solution
