Marina Yacht Sales is an Italian company specializing in the sales and brokerage of new and used yachts, with more than 20 years of experience in the nautical industry. Three years ago, in 2020, the company founder and CEO, Angelo Bacci, decided to switch gears and take another step towards investing in the expansion of company offerings.

His vision has been achieved by the successful development of a new business branch, today widely known as Marina Yacht Charter. Its ongoing mission is to transfer the company's dedication to premium service delivery, which was pre-established in Yacht Sales and Brokerage, towards the Charter segment and complete the service scope.

THE BRAND EXTENSION

Creating a new branch of the company introduced a new service dynamic for the company and its clients. The company is now able to provide everything from carefree ownership through brokerage, refitting, and extensive shipyard services to a premium chartering experience offered to clients through a variety of catamarans and monohulls from any of the company’s 5 bases in Italy. From San Vicenzo in the North through Salerno and Naples towards Sicilia in the South and the newly established base in Sardinia offers their clients an opportunity to experience various unique sailing itineraries throughout the Tyrrhenian Sea and more.

Currently, Marina Yacht Charter operates 13 newly built yachts, counting 11 Dufour catamarans and 2 Bavaria sailing yachts, while introducing novel industry concepts such as 360 virtual tours to provide an enticing selling proposition for their charter clients. The fact that the company is an exclusive importer of the Dufour Catamarans for France and Italy, as well as being Sessa Marine and Cayman motor boat dealers, enables them to constantly keep their fleet new and continue to provide a luxurious nautical experience designed to serve any client need.

CREATION OF A PARTNERSHIP

The idea of a partnership with Booking Manager started even before Marina Yacht Charter had acquired its first yacht, and it was one of the key stepping stones for the company to develop its successful charter business.

From day one, Marina Yacht Charter had access to the most advanced booking software providing them with complete optimization of charter revenue and data tracking as well as prime access to Dufour Catamarans being an official dealer for both France and Italy.
